Amandeep is a Senior Economist and her work includes understanding and communicating the potential impact of domestic agricultural policy and trade deals on UK agriculture. She has carried out detailed analysis on the economic impact of the Sustainable Farming Incentive on farm businesses in 2022 and had lead work on the UK – New Zealand free trade agreement and opportunities for UK agri – food exports. Prior to her current role, Amandeep was part of the Market Specialists team at AHDB, analysing the global and domestic cereals and oilseeds markets. Amandeep has also worked at LMC International where she focused on the vegetable oils and bio-based chemicals markets. Amandeep has an MSci and PhD in Chemistry from University College London.
