These figures show the average butterfat and protein content of raw milk in the UK, from Defra. They are updated monthly.

The Defra dataset shows the historical average milk composition for all UK dairy cows. 

Click on the link below and choose the second download United Kingdom milk prices and composition of milk - dataset. Milk composition is under the tabs Prices_Monthly and Prices_Annual. This is updated monthly.
