GB household lamb purchases
This dashboard is designed to provide a dynamic overview of the latest retail market data for the lamb sector. It breaks down spend, volume sales as well as average prices by product and allows you to see these changes over time.
Processed lamb includes burgers and grills, sliced cooked meats and lamb sausages.
Total lamb includes primary and processed lamb, plus marinades, ready-to-cook, sous vide, chilled main meal accompaniments, ready meals and other lamb products.
Content is updated every four weeks.
Please note, dashboard updates from January 2025 onwards will be using Kantar's latest reporting system My World Panel. This change is to improve data robustness and quality, therefore there may be some slight differences to previous reporting on this page.
Due to a delay with our data provider we are unable to update our dashboards at present but are working on resolving this as a priority.
