This interactive map provides details of the red meat food chain. It shows key details of slaughterhouses and the species they process for England and Wales.

Select species type with the ‘Filters’ option on the map. To zoom in on the map either double click or press the plus button. Hover over the blue dot to view the slaughterhouses information. 

Some addresses are not available in the data set and map users will need to conduct their own search on the internet for full details.
