Grace Whitlow

Grace was brought up on her family's arable, cider, and beef farm in Worcestershire.  She studied Agri-Food Marketing with Business at Harper Adams University, completing a placement year in the broiler industry and winning the award for Best Poultry Dissertation of the Year.

After graduating, Grace began her career at the NFU, leading on environmental policy relating to water quality and ammonia emissions. She joined AHDB in 2020 as part of the Environment team, progressing two years later to become Knowledge Transfer Manager for Beef & Lamb. In that role, she led the development of technical printed and digital resources to support beef and lamb levy payers.

In 2025, Grace took on the role of Beef & Lamb Engagement Manager for the Midlands, working directly with levy payers across the region. She remains based in Worcestershire, where she and her husband’s family farm and runs a pedigree Hereford suckler herd, alongside arable crops and Christmas turkeys.
