Helena Reilly

Helena Reilly joins the Dairy Knowledge Exchange team on a 12‑month secondment from her role as Retail Development Manager at AHDB.

A dairy farmer herself, Helena brings hands‑on experience from both New Zealand (where she began her dairy career) and more recently the UK.

Her combined background in hands‑on dairy farming and retail development puts her in the unique position of truly understanding the full farm‑to‑shop journey.

She brings valuable insight into how retailers and processors work alongside farmers to deliver high‑quality dairy products to consumers.

Helena’s work to drive demand for British dairy and strengthen the supply chain, underpinned by AHDB insights, will support levy payers and positively contribute to the future of British agriculture through her on‑farm role.
