Jess White

Jess has worked for AHDB since September 2023. Prior to this, she was on the Genus Graduate Management Trainee Programme where she gained valuable experience in genetics, consultancy and project management. Jess also farms 300 dairy cows at home in Derbyshire with her partner alongside her work for AHDB.

“My favourite part of the job is being on farm with levy payers, engaging and learning from them and experts alike. Since starting with AHDB I’ve launched two strategic dairy farms and had the privilege of following their journeys through the programme.” 

Jess manages strategic dairy farms Bentley Ford and Rough Grounds, having recently coordinated and hosted events on lung scanning, profitability, and herbal leys.
