Lee has the Meat industry in his blood with his father being a butcher of 40 years plus. he is a Chartered Accountant with 30 years experience in the meat industry, holding posts up to Finance Director Level in both Pilgrims Europe and Bernard Matthews Foods. For the last 5 years he has been a Board Director with Pilgrims with responsibility for the Fresh Pork and Lamb operations working closely with the integrated Pork supply chain and third party farmers over that period strengthening the Processing ties with its farming operations.
