Rob Purdew

Rob joined AHDB in 2026, with over 15 years’ experience in sustainability and soils.

He has a diverse agricultural background across beef and dairy production, conservation, grazing systems and farm advisory work.

In addition to an Honours degree in Environmental Biology from Nottingham University, Rob is also BASIS Soil and Water and BASIS FACTS qualified.

Based in Cornwall, Rob is passionate about supporting farmers to build productive, profitable and environmentally sustainable farming businesses.
