Rupinder is a highly creative and commercially driven non-executive director with over 25 years’ experience developing and executing effective board level commercial and brand strategies. She brings a proven capacity to provide constructive challenge, set big picture strategy and deliver detailed plans. She enjoys working in collaborative and empowering teams where leadership can thrive at all levels.  She feels it is a privilege to bring her consumer marketing strategy experience to the Pork Sector Board to service levy payers across England working with chair, the executive team and stakeholders to continue to create a world-class food and farming industry that can grow in a sustainable manner.
