Scott Donaldson

Scott is managing director at Harrison & Hetherington and has spent 38 years in the livestock auction industry. His working life has included liaising with livestock farmers, major processors, meat wholesalers and family butchers, and his own father and grandfather were family butchers. He is passionate about ensuring the success and sustainability of livestock production by building, maintaining and improving relationships between primary producers and end users. Scott has held a number of prominent industry positions, including senior auctioneer at Hexham & Northern Marts, chairman of Cumbria Association of Livestock Auctioneers and president of the Institute of Auctioneers & Appraisers in Scotland.
