Please join Richard Ling, Diss monitor farmer for our final meeting of the winter series with Paul Harris of Real Success Ltd.

Staff shortages across all areas of farming are hitting the industry hard but there are farms with waiting lists of people wanting to work for them.  What are they doing to attract and keep their staff and can you follow in their footsteps?

Paul is a speaker and consultant in the agriculture sector and his business and team across the country, provide farmers with HR advice and staff development strategies, along with direct assistance to recruit on farm staff.  He is widely recognised as a thought leader and positive advocate for the farming industry around staff management and development.

In this short talk and Q&A session, Paul Harris, Founder and Managing Director of Real Success Ltd will be outlining what he refers to as the “10 foundation stones” you need to have in place on your farm before you can begin to attract staff to work for you.  He’ll reveal the single biggest reason staff leave a farm or decide not to join you, and will offer some tips on how you can be the employer of choice.
