Intrastat guides
On behalf of HMRC, AHDB have produced reference guides for trade classifications. These guides help to ensure that the correct commodity codes are used to complete arrivals and dispatches information.
Arrivals
The arrivals guide helps importers to complete all paperwork required with correct commodity codes to ensure accuracy in HMRC data.
Dispatches
The dispatches guide helps exporters to complete all paperwork required with correct commodity codes to ensure accuracy in HMRC data.
Wheat and Barley Trade Classification Reference Guide
Valid from January 2012. HMRC will inform if future changes are made to these codes. Up to date information on all trade codes and tariffs can be found at the governments trade tariffs page.
