Join us for Tom Mead’s final meeting of the Duxford Monitor Farm programme - beginning with full English breakfast at 8.30 am.

Teresa Meadows will take Tom through the last three-four years looking at what has happened on the farm, the highs, lows, joys and challenges, the greatest wins and the greatest lessons. Tom will describe his journey, focusing on both the business and the personal.

Heather Wildman will lead a session on resilience, setting the scene and considering vision, leadership and goal setting. Based on this Tom will end by looking at where next for him and his business.
