Gary Markham (Land Family Business), with Monitor Farmer Joe Vickers, will be discussing how to identify and manage financial and practical risks in a real farming business, using Joe’s farm as a live case study with open discussions for the group.

This meeting will cover:

• Managing tax and financial risk – upcoming changes to CGT, IHT, structures, and timing
• Improving business resilience and profitability – benchmarking performance, machinery, and growth decisions
• Planning for the future – succession, family governance, and practical risk-management tools

Registration and lunch will be available from 1pm, with presentations commencing at 1:30pm
