Stocktake reports

The AHDB Stocktake reports summarise the technical and financial performance of beef and sheep farms in England. They include information on the input costs and prices during the period covered by the report as well as international comparisons with our key global trading partners and/or competitors.

There is an explanation of the terms used, how the data is compiled and standardised to ensure figures can be compared between different levels of performance.
