Environmental Land Management Schemes
We present an overview of government schemes that aim to benefit the environment, to help you find what’s right for your farm.
Direct Payments are being phased out during the agricultural transition, and in England, new Environmental Land Management schemes (ELMS) are being brought in. The Government have introduced three new schemes to reward English farmers for environmental actions:
- Sustainable Farming Incentive
- Countryside Stewardship
- Landscape Recovery
