Martin Eccles

Martin provides butchery information to the multiple retail and foodservice sector, and works closely with the AHDB events team to provide butchery demonstrations. He also assists in product development information and development of the meat education programme.

Martin has 40 years experience working within the meat industry. He originally started at an independent butcher shop before progressing to work for Dunbia in multiple roles, including boning room supervisor and manager. Martin joined AHDB in 2013.
