Sarah Penrose

Sarah Penrose has a strong background in all aspects of beef production and in 2019 undertook a Nuffield Farming Scholarship which took her across the world investigating beef heifer replacement strategies. Since completing her study, Sarah has presented at various industry conferences and farmer events, ensuring that the results of her study benefit the whole sector.

Through her work at AHDB, Sarah is committed to ensuring farmers are provided with a platform to exchange ideas and knowledge while making sure technical information is presented in a way that is useful and directly applicable to UK farms.
