Health and safety guidelines for AHDB events
We strive to ensure our levy payers and staff are as safe as possible when attending our live events. The guidance below will ensure you are fully prepared and can get the most out of the event.
Outdoor events
To assist with biosecurity and to conform to government guidelines, please ensure outer clothing, boots and vehicles are clean (and that boots can be disinfected).
Please note, children under the age of 16 and dogs are not allowed at the event, even if they are staying in the car.
This event includes moving around the farm on rough terrain. If you have any special requirements, such as mobility issues, we will endeavour to make reasonable adjustments to enable you to attend. Please contact the event organiser before attending to ensure we have these in place for you wherever possible.
Due to the risk of zoonotic diseases, we advise pregnant women not to attend any event held on a sheep farm. If attending at your own risk, please notify the relevant AHDB personnel on arrival.
Do not attend if you are feeling unwell.
If you are booking on behalf of someone else, the relevant information should be forwarded to them.
