Despite, or perhaps because of, Covid-19 restrictions, more people than ever have engaged with AHDB Cereals & Oilseeds online events.
In 2020 AHDB Cereals & Oilseeds webinars had more than 11,000 views. The topics have ranged from technical, financial and environmental to personal development and staff management.
Philip Dolbear, AHDB Knowledge Exchange Manager for the South West said: “While some people might be experiencing virtual meeting fatigue, there’s still plenty to keep you interested and lots to benefit your business.”
There are weekly Monitor Farm webinars, in place of the in-person Monitor Farm meetings, as well as one-off virtual meetings on special regional topics.
A highlight of the coming year will be a session on getting to grips with the new Environmental Land Management Schemes (ELMs) on Monday 11 January.
