Remuneration and Nominations Committee

This committee, on behalf of the board, considers remuneration for AHDB (including for sector council members); oversee recruitment to AHDB sector councils including succession planning, sector council and committee performance evaluation, and facilitation of AHDB Chair appraisal. 

Remuneration and Nominations Committee members are appointed by the board from within its membership on the basis that they hold appropriate skills and experience to the work of the committee. Current committee members are: 

• Catherine Mackenzie (Chair) – AHDB board member 
• Colin Bateman – AHDB board member and Beef & Lamb sector chair
• Tom Clarke – AHDB board member and Cereals & Oilseeds sector chair
• Graeme Jack – AHDB board member
