Head of Economics. Sarah is an agricultural economist from Wye College (Imperial College London) with a masters degree from SOAS, University of London. Sarah has worked extensively in the industry for over 20 years in animal health, and trade and policy. She has led on trade and policy within AHDB since the 2016 referendum, and is responsible for the analysis of changes in agricultural policy in the UK as well as analysing the impact of new Free Trade Agreements.
