GB Calf Week - coffee and calves at Bidlea Dairy

Promar International are sponsoring a morning of coffee, calves, and quizzing at Bidlea Dairy. We’ll be kicking off with bacon rolls and coffee from 10:30–11:00, followed by:

• A behind-the-scenes look at Bidlea’s exciting plans for their new calf shed building
• A technical workshop led by Ruminant Revival Consultant and vet Lahra Harcourt-Brown
• This will be a dive into calf respiratory anatomy and how this influences calf rearing
• A calf health quiz led by Promar Consultant George Peart. This will be a fun and informal quiz - ridiculous team names encouraged
• George will also be available for any calf health or benchmarking questions

The event is free of charge, but we’ll have a collection bucket out to raise money for the Farming Community Network. Whether you’re a dairy or beef farmer, a calf rearer, or simply passionate about youngstock, this is a chance to learn, share, and network with others in the industry.
