Strategic Farm launch event - Lincolnshire

Join us at our launch event, hosted by Chris and Louise Elkington, from one of our five new Strategic Farms.

The event will be a chance to find out about the current system in place at Chestnut Farm including technical and business performance. We will also hear about what the family intends to change or improve, with the help of AHDB, throughout their two year involvement with the Strategic Farm Programme.

• Improved worm control – Mike Thorne, Farm Vet Solutions
• Farm walk
• 30pm – lunch and finish

There will be three events located at Chestnut Farm in each year of the two year programme. To support this AHDB will be running a local discussion group for beef and sheep farmers. Discussion groups are a great way to exchange ideas and learn from likeminded farmers. This event will be an opportunity to find out more about how you can get involved.
