It is time to look at things from a different perspective. We constantly hear about the term 'soil health' - but is anyone actually looking at it?

Guest speaker Tom Fairfax, from Mindrum Estate, Northumberland, will talk about his journey, questioning the way we look at our soils and our farm business.

In 2019, Mindrum Estate shifted its mindset and farm management approach to a biology-led agro-ecological operating model.

By looking at things through a different lens, Tom has turned his business into a position of sustainable profitability and believes that you can too.
