Mental Health & Wellbeing: Handling financial hardship with the R.A.B.I. charity
Financial pressures are a huge cause of stress and anxiety in the agriculture sector at the best of times, so the added pressure linked to Covid-19 has only exaggerated the issue, which can compromise the mental health and wellbeing of any business owner. AHDB has therefore teamed up with key farming charities to give you specialist advice in this area to help you provide support where it is needed and help your personal well-being. R.A.B.I – the Royal Agricultural Benevolent Institution – is farming’s oldest and largest charity who offer financial support, practical care and guidance to farming people of all ages, including farmers, farmworkers and dependants.
Join AHDB and representatives from the R.A.B.I. charity for the second webinar in a series focussing on mental health and wellbeing, supported by Co-op Farming & Food. This session will focus on coping during financial hardship.
The webinar will cover:
- Financial management advice
- How to seek financial help
- Information and resources available
- Where to go for support
Register now for this free webinar to help you to cope with financial hardship and to raise the awareness of mental health within the farming community.
