Virtual farm tour of a dry sow house: Somerset

At this meeting we'll be getting an insight into how a modern pig unit operates.

Ben Golledge, a production manager in South West England, will be giving us a virtual farm tour of his new dry sow house.

There will be plenty of opportunities to catch up with other producers in the region, as well as to ask Ben about his unit.

During the presentation, Ben will show us the service house, covering sow management pre- and post-weaning, and he'll also explain the feeding regime in the farrowing house and how they use milk cups.

Before we close, we'll also get a market update from one of our analysts.
