Small Changes, Big Results: The Story So Far at Manor Farm: Gloucestershire

We are running a AHDB Beef Strategic Farm meeting, hosted by David Barton at Manor Farm near Cirencester. Over the past two years of the Strategic Farm Programme, David has made a number of changes which have helped him move towards a beef from forage system and improve the profitability of his business.

This event covers topics including: Progress since setting up a rotational grazing platform

• Reseeding for silage and grazing – considerations and progress to date
• How to successfully budget feed for the suckler herd
• Ideas to improve nutrition to optimise suckler herd performance

It will also be a great opportunity to  discuss the changes David has made and reflect on what small changes could make a big difference to your own enterprise.
