The Effective Manager Programme North Session 4

The leadership and team skills award is a programme of four workshops to develop basic team leadership skills, covering topics such as communication, setting and managing objectives, leading a team and developing as a team leader. It is aimed at individuals currently in a team leader role or looking to take on that responsibility in the future.

Session four will focus on developing your leadership skills.
